Terms and Conditions

  • Items must be paid for at the time of purchase. Kobieta accepts Paypal and all major credit cards.
  • I reserve the right to cancel any order.
  • Custom listing require approx 3 weeks for completion. By purchasing the listing you acknowledge and accept this time frame.
  • Insurance is not required but recommended. I place delivery confirmation on every package I mail but this does not guarantee the post office will complete their duties to properly. If a package is lost, I will do everything in my power to assist and work with you to a satisfactory completion of the transaction.
  • Quality is guaranteed but computer monitor colors are not. I try and describe every item and color to the best of my ability. If you have questions regarding specific colors please request a sample swatch. No returns or exchanges allowed for color choice.
  • As with all shopping online, you are not able to try on clothing prior to purchase. Because of this....
  • Custom, made to measurements, orders are guaranteed to fit. If first fitting is not correct, I will work with you to make the needed adjustments. Because these are custom made pieces fitted and tailored to the customers sizing, choices of design details, color, and fit...there are no returns for refund. In the case of an improper fit, a return for additional tailoring or remade product is welcome.
  •  In stock, already made to a size items, will include size and/or measurements within the listing. Please use this to the best of your judgment to decide to purchase. I will allow returns and refund for quality issues only. If you have purchased an instock item and it does not fit I am willing to tailor the item for free with buyer covering shipping to and from. (Granted the design allows for adjustments needed).
  • Workmanship is always 100% guaranteed and if a problem occurs within the first 30 days of reception, then I will pay shipping to have the item returned to me for any repair needed and will then pay shipping to return item to the customer. I will not rest until any error has been made right. After 30 Days, the repair is still fully covered but buyer must pay shipping to me (I will cover return shipping after repaired for US buyers and will cover half for international).
